Through telehealth consultations, I work with women to evaluate hormonal health, metabolic changes, and lifestyle factors that influence energy, weight, sleep, and overall well-being.
Each care plan is personalized and may include hormone therapy when appropriate, non-hormonal treatment options, fitness strategies to support muscle and metabolic health, and practical guidance around gut health, nutrition, sleep, and stress management.

I'm not only a physician who has cared for women throughout their reproductive journeys—I'm also a woman navigating midlife myself.
I'm a wife, a mother of three teenage sons, and a professional woman balancing career, family, and personal health. Like many women, I began noticing changes in my body during the menopausal transition that didn't always match the advice I had heard for years.
Through my own experience—and my work with patients—I realized that women need better support during this stage of life. We deserve clear, science-based information and care that considers the full picture of our health.
That realization is what inspired me to create this practice: to help women feel strong, energized, and confident during midlife rather than confused or discouraged by it.
